Property size is the starting point. Condition, bathrooms and extra tasks determine the work. Your final written quote comes before payment.
Standard
$0.12 / sq. ft.
$150 minimum. For maintained homes with accessible floors and surfaces. Routine kitchen, bathroom, dusting and floor cleaning.
Deep clean
$0.20 / sq. ft.
$250 minimum. More detailed work on accessible surfaces. Heavy buildup requires a separate assessment.
Move cleaning
$0.22 / sq. ft.
$275 minimum. For empty properties. Occupied spaces, leftover belongings and disposal require review.
Planning rates for up to two bathrooms. Each additional bathroom adds $25 to the base estimate. A $60 estimated cleaner-hour cost floor may raise the estimate for time-intensive work. One cleaner for 3 hours equals 3 cleaner-hours. Final totals also account for agreed extras and condition. Standard inside-oven and empty-refrigerator cleaning start at $35 each; heavy buildup requires review. Processing costs are included in our service pricing; no separate card surcharge is added.
Heavy buildup or major clutter? We review the scope and may request photos or a walkthrough before scheduling. Jobs estimated above four cleaner-hours require approval.
If the property differs materially from the description, we stop and discuss a revised scope and price before extra work. You can decline the added work. We never automatically charge an unapproved increase.

How much will my cleaning cost?
Use our estimator for a planning range based on square footage, bathrooms, cleaning level and extras. Heavy conditions and large jobs need review. We confirm the work and a written price before payment; your estimate does not authorize added charges.
What happens after I reserve a time?
Your selected time is reserved and removed from availability for that cleaning team. We still need to agree on the cleaning scope and price. You can view your booking and payment status using your private booking link. Contact us to cancel or change a reservation.
Should I provide supplies and equipment?
Tell us what you have and any product preferences or allergies. We’ll confirm supplies and equipment before your visit.
What information should I include?
Your town, property type, approximate size, cleaning priorities and preferred day. Include the property address so we can plan travel. Avoid including door codes or sensitive information in the form.
How are my details used?
We store the contact, property and cleaning details you submit to manage your reservation. Only authorized business management can view the schedule. Payment card information is handled by our payment provider. Your private booking link shows your appointment and payment status; keep that link private. Contact 781-732-8491 for changes or questions.
